1. Acceptance of these Rules and Interpretation

1.1 These rules (the "Rules") apply to the Park More. Win More. competition (the "Competition"). By taking part in the Competition, you agree to the Rules. Please read them carefully.

1.2 The Promoters: The Competition is run by admyt (Pty) Limited (registration number 2015/280619/07) ("admyt") and the Participating Malls listed in clause 3.2, together referred to as the "Promoters", "we" or "us" in these Rules. References in these Rules to a Participating Mall include its owner and manager.

2. Who is eligible to take part

2.1 To qualify for entry, you must be a registered admyt user who is a natural person who is 18 or older. You must also be a South African citizen or legal resident, and a registered admyt user parking with an admyt account in your own name. All entries belong to the registered account holder.

2.2 You cannot participate if you are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of admyt or the owner or manager of a Participating Mall or of any company that controls or is controlled by either of them, or of any supplier of goods or services for the Competition including centre management, a parking operator and the advertising and promotional agencies working on this campaign. In such case your spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother or sister also cannot enter.

2.3 Any person who is not eligible for entry will forfeit any prize awarded to them. Automatic entry does not alter this eligibility requirement. We may ask you to prove that you are eligible before handing over any prize, for example with your ID or passport or another form of identification that is acceptable to us.

3. Competition Dates, Deadlines and Participating Malls

3.1 The entire Competition runs from 00:00 SAST (South African Standard Time) on 6 November 2026 until 23:59 SAST on 31 January 2027 (the "Competition Period"). Several draws will take place during the Competition Period. These have their own start and cut-off times. Take note of these. See clause 5.

3.2 The participating malls are Canal Walk Shopping Centre, CapeGate Shopping Centre, Clearwater Mall, Hyde Park Corner, Rosebank Mall, Somerset Mall, Table Bay Mall, The Glen Shopping Centre and Woodlands Boulevard (“Participating Mall(s)”).

4. How to enter

4.1 There is no entry form or entry fee. You will automatically earn 1 (one) entry into the relevant mall draw each time you make a Qualifying Park at that mall between the start and cut-off times for the relevant mall draw(s), if:

4.1.1 you are a registered admyt user; and

4.1.2 you park with admyt for 15 minutes or longer at a Participating Mall during the Competition Period (“a Qualifying Park”).

4.2 Free parks on Black Friday for 15 minutes or more that qualify as Qualifying Parks also earn entries into the relevant draw.

4.3 There is no limit on the number of Qualifying Parks you can make. Each separate parking session of 15 minutes or longer is a Qualifying Park, including if you leave a Participating Mall and come back on the same day. This is subject to clause 8.

4.4 Your entries are counted separately at each Participating Mall, and entries earned at a mall only go into that mall’s draws.

4.4.1 All Qualifying Parks made during the Competition Period (6 November 2026 to 31 January 2027) go into the January Draw.

4.4.2 Qualifying Parks made from 6 to 30 November 2026 also go into December Draw 1, and Qualifying Parks made from 1 to 14 December 2026 also go into December Draw 2. Entries from December Draw 1 do not carry over into December Draw 2. See clause 5 for the start and cut-off times of each draw.

4.6 To determine the grand prize winners, all your Qualifying Parks made at all Participating Malls during the Competition Period will be added together (see Clause 6.3).

4.7 If you sign up for admyt while you are already parked, that parking session counts as a Qualifying Park if it lasts 15 minutes or longer, you add your payment details and pay through admyt when you leave.

4.8 You can win only one mall draw prize during the Competition. Mall prize winners are also eligible to win a grand prize.

4.9 A parking session is measured from the time admyt records your entry at the boom gate to the time it records your exit. A Qualifying Park counts in the draw period in which it ends. See clause 5.

4.10 Subject to clause 4.2, during the Competition Period you must still pay the mall's normal parking tariff. You do not pay anything extra to qualify for entry into the Competition.

4.11 Entries are counted at each mall from admyt's system records.

4.12 Only parks made using your own admyt account count. Entries cannot be transferred. Any parks for less than 15 minutes, or after the cut-off times or after the Competition Period will not be counted.

4.13 admyt's system records decide whether a park qualifies and how many entries you have.

4.14 We are not responsible if a park is not recorded, or is recorded incorrectly, because of a failure of the app, network, boom gate or parking system, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server or other failure of any kind, unless the failure was caused by our gross negligence. If you think a park was missed, contact admyt before the relevant entry period ends.

4.15 If there is a dispute, a certificate signed by any manager of admyt (whose appointment and authority need not be proved) setting out your parking sessions, duration, and entries will be prima facie proof of what it states. This means the certificate will be accepted as correct unless you show that it is wrong.

5. Prizes, deadlines for draw entries, and draw dates

5.1 The Prizes and Draws are:

5.2 The total value of all prizes is R 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Rands): R 90,000 (Ninety Thousand Rands) for the two December draws and R 90,000 (Ninety Thousand Rands) for the January draw and R 20,000 (Twenty Thousand Rands) for the 2 grand prizes.

5.3 Gift Cards awarded as prizes are subject to the card issuer's Gift Card terms and conditions, use restrictions and expiry dates. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or swapped. If a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, we may replace it with a prize of equal or greater value.

6. How winners are chosen

6.1 Mall draw winners will be chosen by random computer draw run by admyt from all entries earned at that Participating Mall during the relevant entry period. The same person can be drawn only once in each mall draw. If the name of a person who has already won a mall prize is drawn, we will draw again. More entries mean more chances to win, but no prize is guaranteed.

6.2 Our decision on the winners is final.  An independent person appointed by us will oversee the Competition and certify the draws.

6.3 Grand prizes: The 2 (two) admyt users who made the most Qualifying Parks across all Participating Malls during the Competition Period will each win a grand prize. If two or more admyt users have the same total number of Qualifying Parks, the admyt user whose last Qualifying Park ended first will be ranked higher. Each grand prize is a single R10,000 Gift Card, issued by and collected from the Participating Mall in the winner’s province as confirmed by us

7. Notifying Winners and rules for claiming prizes

7.1 We will contact winners by [phone, email and/or app notification] within [3] working days after each draw or grand-prize determination, or as soon as possible after that. We may also announce winners by first name, surname initial and mall on [admyt's and the relevant mall's website and social media].

7.2 The winner(s) must collect the prize in person and produce their original identity document, birth certificate, passport, work permit and/or residency permit when the prize is collected.

7.3 We will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or is unable to accept the prize in person, or has not claimed their prize within a period of 3 (three) months from the draw date, we reserve the right to draw the prize again from the remaining entries for that draw

7.4 We do not accept any responsibility if you are not able to collect or use or take up the prize nor will we be liable to compensate you in respect thereof.

8. Abuse

We may disqualify you, cancel your entries or withhold a prize if we reasonably believe you have broken these Rules or admyt's terms of use, used more than one admyt account, shared or misused an admyt account, made parks that are not genuine visits just to earn entries, or tampered with the app or parking system or abused the Competition in any way. We reserve all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition. admyt may, acting reasonably, decide whether a park is a genuine visit and a Qualifying Park.

9. YOUR RISK AND OUR LIABILITY

YOU TAKE PART IN THE COMPETITION AT YOUR OWN RISK. EXCEPT WHERE THE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW IT, AND EXCEPT FOR LOSS CAUSED BY OUR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILFUL MISCONDUCT, WE, OUR HOLDING COMPANIES AND OUR DIRECTORS, AGENTS, SPONSORS, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AGENCIES, MALL MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS, AND ADVISORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY ARISING FROM TAKING PART IN THE COMPETITION OR FROM RECEIVING OR USING A PRIZE. ONCE YOU SIGN FOR A PRIZE, YOU CARRY THE RISK OF ITS LOSS OR THEFT. YOU INDEMNIFY US AND OUR HOLDING COMPANIES AGAINST ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR BREACH OF THESE RULES OR YOUR UNLAWFUL CONDUCT IN CONNECTION WITH THE COMPETITION.

10. Personal information and publicity

10.1 We will only process your personal information as set out in our privacy policy  (the “Policy”). By entering this Competition, you grant your consent to the Promoters processing your personal information in accordance with the Policy. admyt may share winners’ names and contact details with the relevant Participating Mall so that it can verify winners and hand over prizes. The Participating Mall will process that information according to its own privacy policy. 

10.2 We will only use a winner’s photograph, image, video or voice in publicity where the winner gives written consent. A winner may refuse and will still receive the prize. Winners will not be paid for publicity.

11. General

11.1 By entering the Competition, you acknowledge that the Competition will be held according to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (the “CPA”). You undertake to immediately do all things necessary to enable us to comply with our obligations under the CPA, including, but not limited to, providing such personal information as may be required to allow us to hand over the prize. If you refuse or are unable to comply with this requirement, you will forfeit the prize.

11.2 We may change, suspend or end the Competition if we need to because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control or to comply with the law. We will publish any change. A change will not take away a prize that has already been won.

11.3 If an advert or message about the Competition differs from these Rules, these Rules will apply.

11.4 The clauses in these Rules are severable. This means that if any clause in these Rules is found to be unlawful, it will be removed and the remaining clauses will still apply.

11.5 While we may allow you extra time to comply with your obligations or decide not to exercise some or all of our rights, or waive certain requirements, we can still insist on the strict application of any or all of our rights at a later stage. You must not assume that this means that the Rules have been changed or that it no longer applies to you.

11.6 Any legal notices about the Competition must be delivered by hand to our registered offices.

11.8 If we have any reason to believe that you are in breach of these Rules, we may, in our sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Competition.

11.9 These Rules shall be governed by South African law, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Courts of South Africa.
