1. Introduction

These are the official rules for the admyt Referral Competition ("the Competition").

The promoter is admyt (Pty) Ltd, with its registered address at 173 Oxford Road, Rosebank, Johannesburg, 2196, and website www.admyt.com ("admyt" or "the Promoter").

By entering the Competition, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

2. How to Enter

• The Competition is open to all admyt users residing in South Africa who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• To enter, participants must refer a friend to admyt using their unique referral code by 31 August 2026.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant may submit.

3. Eligibility

The following individuals are not eligible to participate and will be disqualified:

• Employees, directors, agents, and consultants of admyt, including their immediate family members.
• Employees, directors, agents, and consultants of any admyt-enabled mall, including their immediate family members.

4. Prize

• One winner will receive a R2,000 shopping voucher that can be used at any admyt-enabled mall.
• A list of participating locations can be found on the admyt website.
• The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
• The draw will take place within one week of the competition closing date.
• The winner will be contacted via telephone and/or email using the contact details linked to their admyt profile.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw, or if the contact details provided are incorrect, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
• admyt reserves the right to request proof of identity and eligibility before awarding the prize.

6. Data Privacy

• Personal information collected during the Competition will be used solely for the administration of the Competition and will be handled in accordance with admyt's Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy: 

• By entering the Competition, you consent to admyt sharing your personal information with the admyt-enabled mall where you choose to redeem your prize (if you are the winner).
• This information will be used to administer the prize and for any other purposes outlined in the privacy policies of both admyt and the chosen mall.
• The chosen mall's privacy policy will be provided to the winner upon request.
• admyt and the chosen mall may contact you regarding relevant offers, promotions, or other marketing communications.
• You may opt out of these communications at any time by contacting the relevant party directly.

7. General Terms

• admyt reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• admyt is not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete information provided by participants.
• admyt will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained in connection with the Competition or the prize.
• If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

8. Publicity

By entering the Competition, you agree to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Competition and grant admyt the right to use your name and image for promotional purposes.

9. Indemnification

By entering the Competition, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless admyt and its affiliates against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your participation in the Competition or your breach of these terms and conditions.
