Don't worry - we're here to help! There could be a couple of reasons for this.
When you first signed up with admyt, if you selected to sign up with your AppleID or Google, then you would need to select this option when you sign in. If you'd signed up via one of these two options, you won't have a password attached to your account which is why, if you've tried to reset your password, it doesn't work.
So when you open your app, instead of tapping on 'Log in', you'd need to tap on 'Continue with Apple' or 'Continue with Google'.
