A failed charge can happen for a number of reasons, often related to bank network issues. But we can assist you to get this sorted in no time!

As we do not make use of a Naedo system but an online 3D Secure system, this requires you to authenticate your card details in order for us to charge your account.

• Open your admyt app
• You should see a banner across the top of your home screen, simply tap on 'here'
• Scroll down and under 'Retry failed payment', tap on 'Retry payment'
• We will now attempt to recharge the card on record
  If your card has expired, and you need to add a new card, follow these simple steps

Alternatively, you may add credit to your admyt wallet to clear the outstanding amount

• Open your admyt app
• Along the bottom menu, tap on wallet,
• or visit https://www.admyt.com/dashboard/billing
• Here click on 'add money' in order to clear the outstanding amount
