We're so sorry for any confusion or frustration. admyt doesn't have visibility on an instance where you've paid via the paper ticket which is why your admyt account was also charged. 

If you enter a parking area and have any difficulty and instead take a ticket, you can always check your App for a Current Visit showing at the top of the screen, and if there is one showing, you do not have to pay for the ticket, the booms will open when you exit. If there is no Current Visit, it means that somehow we missed your entry – in which case, please pay for the ticket.

Our new app has launched with a brand-new feature – Push Notifications. Once you activate this feature, you'll get a message when you enter an admyt active parking site. This will save you from having to pay for a paper ticket, because your event has been recognised and activated.
