ADMYT REFER AND WIN A R5,000 SHOPPING VOUCHER COMPETITION RULES

1. Who is the Promoter

The promoter of this competition is admyt (Pty) Ltd, Registration Number 2015/280619/07 (“admyt” or “the promoter”).

We refer to participants and winners as “you” or “your”, as the context requires.

2. These Rules Explain Your Important Rights and Duties

Please read these competition rules carefully. They explain your legal rights and duties and form a legal agreement between you and admyt (Pty) Ltd.

By entering this competition or accepting any prize, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these rules.

The admyt Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply.

3. How the Competition Works

admyt is a ticketless parking solution.

This competition gives existing admyt users who refer friends a chance to win a shopping voucher worth R5,000, which can be used at any admyt-enabled mall in South Africa (“the participating malls”).

4. Who Can Enter (Eligible Entrants)

To enter, you must:

• Be a natural person aged 18 years or older

• Be a resident of South Africa with a valid South African ID

• Be a registered and active admyt user at the time of the draw

Competition period:
Entries open on 28 October 2025 and close at midnight on 28 November 2025 (SAST).

5. How to Enter

To enter the competition, refer a friend to admyt using your unique referral code.

Here’s how:

2. When your friend applies your code, they’ll receive R20 parking credit

3. Once your friend completes their first parking session, you’ll receive R20 parking credit and be automatically entered into the R5,000 shopping voucher draw

You can refer as many friends as you like — each successful referral counts as one entry, increasing your chances of winning!

6. Exclusions (Who May Not Enter)

The following persons may not enter and will be automatically disqualified:

• admyt employees, advisors, board members, consultants, agencies, and their immediate family members

• Anyone involved in running or marketing the competition or awarding prizes

• Promoters, ambassadors, or influencers associated with the competition

7. When and How the Winner Will Be Chosen and Notified

The Prize Winner will be announced on Black Friday, 28 November 2025, between 08:00 and 17:00 SAST, on admyt’s social media pages (X, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok).

The winner will be chosen through a random draw from all valid entries received before the closing date.

The winner will also be notified via email, phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

If the promoter cannot reach the winner within 7 days after reasonable attempts, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner may be drawn.

The winner must confirm their physical or email delivery address within 7 days of notification.
The voucher will be sent electronically or by courier within 14 days of address confirmation.

8. Other Important Rules

• This competition is not run, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or X (Twitter).

• By entering, you confirm that you are 18+ and release these platforms from any responsibility.

• The promoter will collect and use your personal data only for the purposes of this competition, in line with privacy laws and admyt’s Privacy Policy.

• The promoter reserves the right to change the prize or rules at its discretion.

• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or substituted. Voucher terms apply.

• admyt is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired vouchers or any products/services purchased using the voucher.

• Winners may be asked to participate in publicity activities. Participation is voluntary. By agreeing, you grant admyt the right to use your name and image for promotional purposes without compensation.

• The promoter may disqualify entrants engaging in dishonest, misleading, or offensive behaviour (including fake accounts).

• admyt is not responsible for technical failures, network issues, or events beyond its control that may affect participation.

9. Indemnity

By entering, you agree to indemnify and hold admyt harmless against any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from participation or use of the prize.
If you breach these rules, you will be disqualified and forfeit any prize.
