If you've got a visitor at your office who has already taken a ticket and parked, no problem at all! Just hope onto the tenant portal and add their visit. They then won't need to pay for their ticket, instead, they can just simply drive to the exit, our cameras will read their plate and the boom will open. 

Navigate to the 'Visits' tab and click on 'Create a guest visit'​

• A window will pop up​
• Be sure to include their correct licence plate​
• Add in the duration of the visit ​
• Give it a title​
• And, 'save'​

​They can now simply drive to the exit and our cameras will recognise their plate and open the boom! ​
