When creating a group visit, your visitors will receive an email from admyt and will need to complete a quick form to pre-register ahead of their visit so that the cameras can scan their licence plate and let them in and out of your building. You can manage their access and invitation acceptance from the portal. ​

• They'll initially sit in a 'pending' state until they take action​
• Once they've accepted the invite and completed the form, the status will change to waiting (the booms are ready and waiting!)​
• Once the date has past, the visit will move into the 'Past visits' section​
