This happens very rarely but means that somehow the camera didn't read your plate correctly on the way out. The first step is not to panic! We've got you sorted. Our team check all open sessions every evening and correct any weird issues like this.
Feel free to email us and we'll close the transaction as soon as we can. Rest assured, you won't be charged the wrong amount (or we'll refund you) so please simply close the App and enjoy the day!
