If you're sitting comfortably and get a strange message welcoming you to one of our locations, no need to panic. We're so sorry for any confusion or panic created but we want to put you at ease - this can happen for a number of reasons. But, rest assured, we'll rectify this for.
Why was I notified when I'm not there
- Make sure that you've definitely added the correct licence plate number to your profile
- The cameras likely picked up a very similar plate to yours (1 vs I, O vs 0 for example)
- Someone has the exact same plate as you
Please pop our team a query and we will attend to it urgently and ensure that you are credited for any incorrect charged. 9 times out of 10 when we check the camera imagery it turns out to be a camera misread as the plate is very similar to yours.

I was charged for a visit to Sandton City on Saturday 29th February 2020 however I was in Pretoria the whole day and nowhere near Sandton City.

This time the system did not charge any money , but what if the system did allocated funds towards my Credit Card !!!
