If you're sitting comfortably and get a strange message welcoming you to one of our locations, no need to panic. This can happen for a few reasons:
- Someone has the exact same plate as you (in which case, feel free to panic). If you'd like to check on this, simply email us with a description of your car (make / model / colour) and we'll check to see if there is a cloned plate and let you know so you can take things further with the authorities.
- More likely is that the cameras picked up a very similar plate to yours (1 vs I, 0 vs O for example). In that scenario just let us know by email and we'll close any transactions that aren't you without charge and do what we can to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Hi waiting for reply! Did not go to Sandton City today yet I was charged the number plate you sent was not mine.

I was charged for a visit to Sandton City on Saturday 29th February 2020 however I was in Pretoria the whole day and nowhere near Sandton City.

How is that possible
This time the system did not charge any money , but what if the system did allocated funds towards my Credit Card !!!
I have just signed up for this.
My notification was a bill for parking at V&A.
I have not used the service yet.
Not a goo start.
There's no clear way to log this issue directly (& not in a forum).
Please communicate that this message has been received and that the issue will be addressed.
