As a tenant user at your workplace, you do not need to add a payment method to your account. You are only required to do this should you wish to upgrade your account and access any other sites where admyt is enabled!
When you log into your account, via web or the app, although it indicates that you're not able to park just yet - this is in reference to general, public admyt sites. You'll see that under 'Office', your workplace is listed which means that you'll still be able to enter and exit your workplace without adding a payment method.
