If you've just checked whether your licence plate exists on the admyt database and received an email indicating that it does, we've included some more information below:
- If you've recently bought your car, the old owner may have registered the plate on their admyt account
- We'll take a look and will be able to deactivate the licence plate from the account if there's been no activity
- Alternatively, did you possibly sign up previously using a different email address
- If so, our team can check and assist with deactivating the old account which will free up your licence plate
- Someone may have added the plate in error to their account
- We'll take a look and will be able to deactivate the licence plate from the account if there's been no activity
- Your plate may have been added by one of our integration partners (e.g. SANRAL or Workshop17)
- We'll take a look and confirm this for you
