Once you've invited them, they just need to receive the email and click on 'Accept invitation', from here they will go through a quick registration and onboarding process. 

Important: some of your staff members may already be admyt users! When they receive their email invitation, and follow the steps, they'll be prompted to log into their existing account. They'll still be able to use admyt as usual while being able to access the parking at your office with no charge to their personal account.
