I've been charged, but it's not my car

You'll need to provide us with a bit more info to make sure we can get this cleared up in no time!

Do you no longer own the car? Have you sold it? Or was it perhaps a rental/hire car? And did you forget to remove the licence plate from your admyt profile?

Unfortunately, if you added the licence plate to your profile but forgot to remove it, you are still liable for the charge. We would, however, recommend that you immediately remove the licence plate from your profile. 

Remove a Car
Skip this step if you've not sold a car

• Open your admyt app
• Tap on your profile (top right corner)
• Or visit https://www.admyt.com/dashboard/car
• Tap on the pencil icon, next to the car you'd like to remove
• Click on the dustbin icon
• Your car has now been removed successfully
