It says my licence plate already exists - what now?

There could be a few reasons for this, but we're here to get this resolved!

• If you've recently bought your car, the old owner may have registered the plate on their admyt account.
  • We'll take a look and will be able to deactivate the licence plate from the account if there's been no activity
• Alternatively, did you possibly sign up previously using a different email address
  • If so, our team can check and assist with deactivating the old account which will free up your licence plate
