A failed charge can happen for a number of reasons, often related to bank network issues. But we can assist you to get this sorted in no time!
- Open your admyt app
- You should see a banner across the top of your home screen, simply tap on 'here'
- Scroll down and under 'Retry failed payment', tap on 'Retry payment'

We will now attempt to recharge the card on record
If your card has expired, and you need to add a new card, follow these simple steps
Alternatively, you may add credit to your admyt wallet to clear the outstanding amount
- Open your admyt app
- Along the bottom menu, tap on wallet,
- or visit https://www.admyt.com/dashboard/billing
- Here click on 'add money' in order to clear the outstanding amount
