Resetting your password

Misplaced your password, huh? No sweat.

Just click the link below and punch in the email address you used when you signed up.

You'll get a tidy little email in your inbox with a link to reset your password. It'll look something like this:

Follow that link and you'll land on a screen where you can set a new password. Keep it sturdy, though:

• Go for a minimum of 9 characters.
• Mix it up with upper and lowercases, numbers, and symbols.
• No using your own name, a buddy's, a fictional character's, or some popular product.
• And definitely don't base it on your personal info.
• Make sure it's different from any previous passwords you've used.

Once your password meets these criteria, you'll see a nice, reassuring green bar labelled either "Good" or "Strong." Click CONTINUE and you're back in business. If it's showing red or gray, (Weak or Medium) though, it's back to the drawing board.
