Hey, these things happen! You might find that your account goes into arrears if you haven't updated your card details ahead of time. You wont be able to use admyt at any of our participating malls until your account is brought back up to good standing.
Add a Card
- Open your admyt app or visit https://www.admyt.com/dashboard/billing
- Along the bottom menu, tap on wallet
- If you need to remove the current card, click on the dustbin icon
- Click on 'Add card' and fill in your card details
- Click on 'Save card'

We'll then authenticate your card
You may be charged a R1 authorization charge, your bank will void this thereafter - Your card has now been saved successfully
If you account went into arrears, you'll receive confirmation that your card will be charged with any previous amount still owing and once complete you can continue to enjoy the admyt experience at all locations.

Hi the application does not allow me to change my billing details

Great news, you can now edit your billing details in our new App.
What's more, we've added Prepaid support, allowing you to top up any amount you wish.
My card has expired so was declined. I just paid cash for parking stay at V&A Waterfront, in the amount of R30. I want to update my billing details, but do not want to be charged again for this stay.

Yep, it's basically impossible to top up once your card stops working. Totally useless. You need to remove the PayU EFT option as well, the banks have changed their login protocols, e.g. SBIC now requires you to authenticate on the phone. So… that leaves two options, neither of which work.
I have tried on numerous occasions but it will not update - gets up to stage of entering OTP, then it comes back as unsuccessful transaction.
Please advise ! !!!!!
