admyt didn't work as expected? We're on it.
- If admyt doesn't recognise you on the way in either press the intercom and let the staff know, or take a paper ticket. We encourage you to not pay for that ticket as it may result in your being charged twice. You should head to the exit and admyt should open for you then.
- If for any reason the exit does not open for you, simply press the intercom button and the staff will let you out.
If somehow admyt opens for you on entry but not on exit:
- Call 0861admyt and tell tell our friendly operators you're having an issue or
- Press the intercom and tell them you're an admyt customer, they will ask for your plate details to confirm if you have an active session. The team on site will let you straight out and we'll be in touch to help.
