admyt didn't work as expected? We're on it.
- If admyt doesn't recognise you at the entry please take a paper ticket. It's always a good idea to keep an eye out for the push notification as a welcome to the mall, and at any time during you visit you can also double-check the app to see if you have an active parking session. If you have no active session please remember to pay for you ticket.
- If for any reason the exit does not open for you, simply press the intercom button and the staff will let you out.
If admyt opens for you on entry, but not on exit:
- Press the intercom and tell them you're an admyt customer, they will ask for your plate details to confirm if you have an active session. The team on site will let you straight out and we'll be in touch to help.
