If you've driven into a location and think admyt may not have worked for you (or you have a paper ticket), all you need to do is open the admyt App and you'll see whether you have an active session or not.
If you do have an ongoing session it means that you should not pay for your paper ticket but rather drive directly to the boom on exit which should open for you.
If you happen to have any issues on exit, simply press the intercom and inform the staff. We encourage you not to pay for your parking if you have an active session as this may result in you being billed twice.
Simply email us a photo of your paper ticket if you happen to have paid for it and we'll credit your admyt account.
